摘要
目的:观察脑卒中患者并发吞咽障碍的护理效果。方法:对60例脑卒中并发吞咽障碍的患者随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组在常规用药基础上予一般护理治疗,观察组在对照组基础上予康复护理和中医护理。结果:经过4周的护理后,患者的吞咽功能明显提高(P<0.05),肺部并发症明显减少(P<0.05)。结论:脑卒中并发吞咽障碍患者的康复护理和中医护理可改善吞咽功能,并可以减少肺部并发症,提高生活质量。
Objective：To observe the nursing effects of the stroke with dysphagia.Methods：60 stroke patients with dysphagia were randomly divided into two group,which were both given to the normal nursing care and medicine,but the treatment group was given to the rehabilitative nursing care and traditional Chinese nursing additionally.Results：The function of deglutition was remarkblely improved（P〈0.05）and the pulmonary fection was much lower after 4 weeks（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Rehabilitative nursing care and traditional Chinese nursing can improve the function of deglutition,and decrease the pulmonary complication,increase the life quality.
