紫癜颗粒对ITP模型小鼠骨髓细胞因子IL-3 TPO的影响

摘要 目的:通过观察ITP模型小鼠骨髓细胞白介素-3(IL-3)、血小板生成素(TPO)含量的变化,探讨IL-3、TPO含量变化与免疫性血小板减少性紫癜(ITP)发病之间的内在联系。方法:采用酶联免疫方法检测ITP模型小鼠骨髓细胞IL-3、TPO含量变化。结果:模型组小鼠骨髓细胞IL-3明显降低、TPO含量明显升高,均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:调节巨核细胞的正性作用因IL-3与正性作用因子TPO参与了ITP的发病过程并发挥重要作用,紫癜颗粒通过调控骨髓细胞IL-3、TPO的含量变化而达到有效治疗ITP的目的。 Objective:To discuss the relationship of the content of Interleukin-3(IL-3),Thrombopoietin(TPO) and onset of Idiopathic Thrombocytopenic Purpura(ITP),by examining the content change of IL-3,TPO in bone marrow cells of ITP model mice.Methods:Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) was applied to measure the content of IL-3,TPO in bone marrow cells of ITP model mice.Results:In bone marrow cells of the model group,the content of IL-3 decreased,the content of TPO increased,both with significance in statistics(P〈0.05).Conclusion:Positive acting factors that regulate megakaryocyte:IL-3 and TPO participate in the onset of ITP and play an important role.Purpura Particle can treat ITP in the effective way by regulating the content of IL-3 and TPO.
