基于PSR模型的生态移民安置区可持续发展指标体系构建及评估方法研究

Study on Appraisal Procedure and Index System of Sustainable Development of Resettlement Areas of Ecological Immigration Based on the Model of Pressure-State-Response

本文根据生态移民安置区这一特殊区域的可持续发展内在的制约因素、特殊内涵及目标,应用PSR模型对生态移民安置区进行分析,并在此基础上构建移民安置区可持续发展指标体系以及探讨其可持续发展综合评估方法,以期对移民安置区发展现状的正确认识,并为其可持续发展在实践中进一步的评估和建设奠定一定的理论基础。

According to inherent constraints and special meaning and objects of sustainable development in resettlement areas of ecological immigration, this article analyzes resettlement areas of ecological immigration by making use of pressure-state- responses model, on that basis, this article sets up the sustainable development indexes system in resettlement areas of ecolog- ical immigration, in order to recognize the state of resettlement areas of ecological immigration exactly and lay the foundation for further assessment and construction in practice.
