摘要
异蔗糖和烯丙醇在盐酸催化作用下的反应不生成对应的烯丙苷,而得到由降解副产物5(αD吡喃葡萄糖基甲基)2呋喃甲醛(3a),α,βD吡喃葡萄糖烯丙苷(4a)和5(烯丙氧基甲基)2呋喃甲醛(5)组成的混合物。该混合物经乙酰化反应得化合物5(2,3,4,6四O乙酰基αD吡喃葡萄糖基甲基)2呋喃甲醛(3b),2,3,4,6四O乙酰基α,βD吡喃葡萄糖烯丙苷(4b)和5(烯丙氧基甲基)2呋喃甲醛(5)。
The reaction of isomaltulose with allyl alcohol catalysed by HCl gave no allyl isomaltuloside,but a mixture of the degradation by products 5 (α D glucopyranosyloxmethyl) 2 furancarboxaaldehyde (3a),allyl α,β D glucopyranoside (4a)and 5 (allyloxmethyl) 2 furancarboxaaldehyde(5).The mixture was acetylated to afford a mixture of compounds 5 (2,3,4,6 tetra O acetyl α D glucopyranosyloxmethyl) 2 furancarboxaaldehyde(3b),allyl 2,3,4,6 tetra O acetyl α,β D glucopyranoside (4b) and 5 (allyloxmethyl) 2 furancarboxaaldehyde (5).
