外径千分尺的多规格性使其测量面磨损后的修研需要配置不同规格尺寸的系列研磨器。为了减少研磨器数量,提高研磨效率,降低修理难度,研制了一种可调式千分尺组合研磨器。介绍了组合研磨器的结构和工作原理、制造和装配方法,并对其进行了精度分析。

Because of the multi-spec of diameter micrometers, the series abrasive implements with different sizes are needed to grind the worn measuring surfaces. In order to decrease the times of abrasive implements, improve grind efficiency and reduce repairing difficulty, a kind of adjustable combinational abrasive implement for micrometers was developed. Its structure, working principle, manufacturing and assembling methods were introduced, and its precision analysis was carried out.
