用^(31)P-NMR谱法分析硫化二硫代磷酸钼摩擦改进剂的组分

摘要 报道了关于31PNMR谱法分析不同反应条件下所制得硫化二硫代磷酸钼(SMoDTP)摩擦改进剂的组分及其变化。结果表明,所合成8种SMoDTP产物均是由12~13个有机5价Mo—S、PS、PO化合物及有机3价P—S化合物组成的混合物,其中随着反应温度从30℃升至100℃,或者随着P/Mo摩尔比从2/1降至1.2/1,或者随着预通H2S时间从0增至45min,其SMoDTP产物中所含有机5价Mo—S化合物的含量(w)分别从28.9%、42.4%和37.2%增至52.5%、52.7%和42.4%。 This paper reports that the components and their variation of sulfurized molybdenum dithiophosphate (S MoDTP) friction modifier prepared under different reaction condition are analysed by the 31 P NMR spectra.Results show that synthesized 8 kinds of S MoDTP products are a mixture of consisting of 12~13 kinds of organic five valence Mo—S,PS,PO compounds and organic three valence P—S compounds.Among them the contents of organic five valence Mo—S compounds contained within S MoDTP products respectively increase from 28.9%,42.4% and 37.2% to 52.5% ,52.7% and 42.4% with increasing of reaction temperature from 30℃ to 100℃,or with decreasing of P/Mo molar ratios from 2/1 to 1.2/1,or with increasing of time of passing through H 2S in advance from 0 to 45 min.
