摘要
通过总结广州市近年较具代表性的代建制项目的实施情况,分析制约代建制推行的几个关键问题,包括法律与政策体系缺失,代建单位资质要求低,代建收费偏低等,并提出解决方法,供同行参考。
Key issues to restraint to carry out the project management system were analyzed by this review which summarized the implementation of several representative building in Guangzhou,including lack of system of law and pollicy,low lever of qualification and feel,trying to find out the solution to provide insider.
