摘要
建立了柑桔中咪鲜胺及其代谢物的气相色谱测定方法。样品用丙酮提取,在高温条件下,与吡啶盐酸盐反应生成2,4,6-三氯苯酚,经酸性硅藻土净化后,气相色谱法电子捕获检测器(ECD)测定。咪鲜胺在样品中的平均添加回收率为92%~97%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.4%~5.2%。残留动态研究表明,咪鲜胺在贮藏柑桔中消解缓慢,用675 mg/L剂量浸果,在0~90 d实验期间,柑桔全果中残留量为1.29~4.02mg/kg。使用推荐剂量450 mg/L时,柑桔全果中残留量为1.03~2.44 mg/kg。
A GC-ECD method was developed for determination of prochloraz residue and it's metabolite in orange.The residues were extracted from orange with acetone,then reacted with pyridine hydrochloride at high temperature,and cleaned up by sulfuric acid acidize diatomite.The product,2,4,6-trichlorophen,was detected by GC-ECD.The average spiked recoveries were in the range of 92%-97%with their relative standard deviations of 1.4%-5.2%.The results showed that prochloraz in stored orange was stable.The fruit was dipped in a dose of 675 mg/L prochloraz for 1 minute,and after stored for 0-90 days,the residues amounts in whole orange were obtained to be in the range of 1.29-4.02 mg/kg.Dipped by the formulation of 450 mg/L recommended,the residues amounts in whole orange ranged from 1.03 to 2.44 mg/kg.
