摘要
为解决电动舵机在旋转导弹上的应用,通过分析对滚转导弹的控制,电动舵机系统相对于气动舵机系统的优势及其应用限制因素,提出一类可应用于滚转导弹控制的可控滚转舵执行机构.分析了系统的工作原理,应用动力学和运动学方法,建立了基于此滚转机构的导弹的滚转控制系统的数学模型,模型中引入了弹体的滚转角速度,舵体滚转角反馈外回路和舵体滚转角速度反馈内回路.数学模型的建立为后续滚转控制器及控制系统的设计奠定了理论基础.
In order to deal with the application of electric servo on roll-missile,a kind of controllable-rolling actuator is proposed,through the analysis of advantages of electromechanical actuator system over pneumatic actuator system and the application limits on the control of spinning missile. The operational principle of the controllable-rolling actuator is discussed. And the mathematic model of the roll control system with this actuator is established by kinematic and dynamic methods. The roll rate of the missile body,outer feedback loop of the actuator roll angle and inner feedback loop of the actuator roll rate are introduced in the model. The control of this kind of spinning missile is complicated,and the mathematical model is the foundation of the designing of the rolling controller and the control system.
