摘要
通过对基础树脂,改性树脂的选择,进行了新型HDPE通信光(电)缆护套料的配方设计,并探讨了成核剂,熔体粘度调节剂等对护套料性能的影响,结果表明:成核剂的加入可使HDPE护套料的密度提高,熔点降低,加入熔体粘度调节剂则可使护套料的低温脆性、低温伸长率、断裂伸长率提高。新研制的HDPE护套料加工温度低,加工温度范围宽,既可用于通信电缆也可用于光缆外层护套材料。
The formula design of HDPE sheathing material for telecommunication (optic) cables was made by the selection of basic resin and modified resin.The effects of nucleating agent and melt viscosity modifier on the property of the sheathing material were studied.The results showed the use of nucleating agent made the density of the sheathing material increased and melting point decreased.The use of melt viscosity modifier made the low temperature brittleness,low temperature elongation and elongation at break improved.The prepared material had a low processing temperature and a wide window of processing temperature,and this material could be applied to the preparation of telecommunication and optic cables.
