Thoughts on Strategies of Talents' Introduction in Local Undergraduate Colleges and Universities

人才引进是地方本科高校面临的一项重要课题,通过分析当前地方本科高校人才引进存在缺乏科学规划与分类措施等问题,提出科学规划、评价机制、激励机制、成长环境等人才引进策略。

The introduction of talents is an important topic which local undergraduate colleges and universities face.This paper analyzes some major problems in the introduction of talents：lack of reasonable planning,of classification measures,of evaluating mechanisms,of encourage in mind and retraining.After analyzing these problems,this paper proposes some strategies of talents＇ introduction,such as preplanning,assessment,enhance countermeasures and academic environment,and so on.
