摘要
文章首先对常用的时间测量方法进行了比较,着重介绍了高精度时间测量技术的工作原理,并详细介绍了采用该技术的测量芯片TDC—GPX,包括内部结构、功能等,在此基础上,给出了该测时芯片在脉冲激光测距系统中的工程应用实例。
In the first place, this paper compares with the common use of the time measurement, and emphatically introduces the principle of the high accuracy time measurement. Then the article recommends the TDCGPX chip which uses the technology introduced above, including the internal structure and functional description. In the end, the paper gives an example using this chip in a pulsed laser ranging system.
