当前,高职院校就业指导工作现状不容乐观,存在一系列问题。要解决这些问题,必须在认真分析职业指导工作的现状及存在的问题的基础上,对职业指导的内涵进行探讨,明确职业指导工作的任务目标、主要内容,有效地开展职业指导工作,为高职学生职业指导工作提供理论与实践支持。

To carry out vocational guidance work efficiently is the objective chased by vocational guidance workers.Based on the analysis of the existing state and problems of vocational guidance work,this paper discusses the connotation of vocational guidance.The objectives as well as the main content of vocational guidance work are also expatiated.
