Make Use of Export Credit Insurance to Improve High-tech Industry Development of Jiangsu Province

出口信用保险是各国为推动本国的出口贸易,保障出口商的收汇安全和银行的信贷安全,以国家财政为后盾,为企业在出口贸易、对外投资和对外工程承包等经济活动中提供风险保障的一项政策性支持措施,是政府对市场经济的一种间接调控手段和补充。本文从近年来江苏高新技术产品出口的需求出发,深入分析了出口信用保险的保障作用和当前存在的问题,并提出若干建议,为利用出口信用保险促进江苏高新技术产业发展提供一些参考。

Export credit insurance is a supportive policy for improving export trade by each country. It＇s a protection for an exporter against a foreign customer＇s failure to pay for most reasons except product disputes. According the need of High-tech production export in recent years ,the article analysis the indemnificatory effect and the current problems of Jiangsu Province, and put forward some proposal in order to provide some references for improving high-tech industry development of Jiangsu province by making use of export credit insurance.
