摘要
PMC合同模式已成为近年来国际国内大型、特大型项目较通行的项目建设管理模式。本文从业主的角度出发,分析了工程项目PMC模式的特点以及项目建设过程中PMC合同管理的难点,有针对性地提出了相应的改进措施,以实现业主建设项目质量、成本和进度的统一。
PMC Contract Model has been a popular construction management mode in domestic and international large-scale or mega project. From owner's perspective, this paper analyzes the characteristics of PMC model and the difficulties of PMC contract management during project construction, and provides relevant solutions to achieve the unity of project quality, cost and schedule.
