摘要
建筑工程施工阶段的造价控制，重点在于成本的控制。本文运用“赢得值原理”对某工程进行成本的动态分析，及时找出基础工程施工中偏差产生的原因，并提出了适当的措施予以控制。
The construction phase of the construction cost control,focus on cost controlling. This article taking a dynamic analysis of the cost of construction work by means of the ＂Earned Value＂,finding out the reason of deviations in foundation engineering construction in time,and put forward some appropriate measures to control as well.
