摘要
对新乡市市民春季常吃的3大类蔬菜取样调查,结果表明:新乡市蔬菜硝酸盐污染较严重,亚硝酸盐无超标现象.所选样品中硝酸盐含量基本趋势是:叶菜类(2347.01mg/kg)>根菜类(1679.81mg/kg)>果菜类(863.99mg/kg);亚硝酸盐含量总趋势是:叶菜类(2.418mg/kg)>根菜类(2.045mg/kg)>果菜类(1.887mg/kg).同时由于地区的不同硝酸盐和亚硝酸盐含量也有差别,硝酸盐含量:市场B的叶菜类硝酸盐含量最高,市场A的果菜类含量最低;亚硝酸盐含量:市场B的叶菜类含量最高,而根茎类含量却明显低于另外两个市场.
According to the nitrate and nitrite contents in 3 popular kinds of vegetables sampled in Xinxiang in spring,The result shows that the vegetables nitrate pollution is serious and the vegetables nitrite is non-exceeding the allowed figure phenomenon in Xinxiang ,the nitric acid salt content in the sample is that the green leaf vegetables (2347.01mg/kg)the root vegetables (1679.81mg/kg)the fruit vegetables (863.99 mg/kg);Nitrous acid salt content is that the green leaf vegetables (2.045 mg/kg) 〉the root vegetables (2.418 mg/kg)〉 the fruit vegetables (1.887 mg/kg).Simultaneously because the local different the nitrate and the nitrous acid salt content also have the difference,Nitric acid salt content: the market's B green leaf vegetables’ nitric acid salt content is highest and the market A fruit vegetables’ nitric acid salt content is lowest.Nitrous acid salt content: The market B green leaf vegetables’ nitrous content is highest,however the root vegetables’ nitrous content is lowest.
