中西医结合治疗周围性面瘫108例临床观察

Treatment of 108 cases of peripheral facial paralysis by integrative medicine therapy

目的:探讨中西医结合治疗周围性面瘫的方法,为周围性面瘫治疗方法的优选提供临床根据。方法:我科1993年10月至2009年12月门诊收治的临床症状和体征确诊的周围性面瘫108例,根据病情的不同时期采用不同特点的中西医结合方法治疗。在急性期给予牵正散加减、糖皮质激素联合抗病毒药物;恢复期以针灸为主,辅以维生素B1、维生素B6、地巴唑各20mg,每日3次,随访9～16年。结果:1周～3个月以内恢复85例(占随访病例总数的78.7%),3～6个月恢复16例(占14.8%),6个月～2年内恢复5例(占4.6%),2年至今一直未恢复2例(占1.8%),总治愈率99.9%。结论:利用中西医的治疗特点,在周围性面瘫的急性期和恢复期合理运用,两者相辅相成,治愈率高。

Objective：To observe the effects of peripheral facial paralysis by integrative medicine therapy and provide clinical evidences for op-timizing the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis.Methods：The patients diagnosed as peripheral facial paralysis by their clinical symptoms and signs were treated by integrative medicine therapy according to the different periods of their disease.They were given modified Qianzheng powder and glucocorti-coid with antivirus drugs at acute phase,while at recovery phase treated mainly by acupuncture and western medicines orally.Results：108 patients were visited for 9 to 16 years.85 cases were recoverded in a week to 3 months（amounting 78.7%of all the cases）,16 cases in 3 to 6 months（14.8%）.5 cases in 6 months to 2 years（4.6%）and 2 cases were not recovered from 2 years to nowadays（1.8%）,The total curative rate is 99.9%.Conclusion：The proper utilization of the features of Chinese traditional and western medicine at acute and recovery phases in peripheral facial paralysis patients has the sig-nificant curative effect.
