摘要
试验在规模化饲养条件下,通过在饮水、饲料、环境中添加乳酸菌,进行肉鸡饲养试验.将70992只AA+肉鸡随机分为4个组,按照预定试验方案定期测量各项生产性能指标,最终从其生产成本、产品质量、经济效益等方面分析试验的可行性和生产推广价值.试验组完全不使用抗生素,各项管理措施与实际生产很接近,避免了以往从实验室条件下向集约化生产过渡的困难.试验的目的是证明利用乳酸菌饲养肉鸡,不但能改变肉的品质质量,生产出"无抗"的绿色产品,而且也为乳酸菌完全替代抗生素的可能,提供了一个崭新的前景.
Under the large-scale feeding condition,this experiment was carried on which dorking feeding by adding the lactobacillus in the potable water,the feed,in the environment.We divided 70992 AA+ dorkings into 4 groups randomLy,surveys each of the parameters of performance according to the predetermined experimental plan,analysed the feasibility of experimental and the value of production and extension from its production cost,product quality,economic benefit aspect and so on.The experimental group does not add the antibiotic completely,each management measure were very close the actual production,which have avoided difficulty.formerly from the laboratory condition to the intensive production The experiment proves that lactobacillus raise dorking which not can only change the meat the quality and produces "not have antibiotic " viridis production and provides a brand-new perspective for lactobacillus vicariousing
