基于G65指令的标准二次曲线数控通用加工程序的编制

摘要 在介绍Fanuc数控系统的宏程序概念、优点的基础上,通过分析标准二次曲线的标准方程,将数学坐标系转换为编程坐标系,采用G65加引数格式及Fanuc数控系统的标准编程格式,并且从数控车床加工的实际情况出发,针对加工包含标准二次曲线轮廓零件过程中的实际情况,总结出基于G65指令调用的标准二次曲线数控通用加工程序,并且通过了实际车床加工检验,为数控编程人员编制二次曲线轮廓提供了一定的编程依据,也为数控车床操作人员提供一定参考. Introduced the fanuc numerical control system’s great procedure concept,the great procedure’s merit,the great procedure’s classification,the great procedure's use rule,as well as the great procedure application’s situation,then through the analytical standard conic section line’s canonical equation,transforms mathematics coordinate system into the programming coordinate system,uses G65 to add the argument form to use the Fanuc numerical control system’s standard programming form,and processes from the numerical control lathe the actual situation embarks,contains in the standard conic section line outline components process in view of the processing the actual situation,summarizes the standard conic section line numerical control general processing program which transfers based on the G65 instruction,and adopted the actual lathe processing examination,establishes the conic section line outline for the numerical control programmers to provideCertain programming basis,also processes actually for the numerical control lathe operation personnel contains the conic section line outline components to provide certain reference.
