终末期肾病中循环内皮祖细胞的变化及其意义

摘要
内皮祖细胞(endothelial progenitor cells,EPCs)是血管内皮细胞的前体细胞,具有较强的增殖分化能力,能分化为成熟的血管内皮细胞。1997年Asahara等首次从外周血单个核细胞分离得到CD34^+细胞,进而在体外诱导成血管内皮细胞,证实外周血液循环中存在内皮祖细胞;此后对循环内皮祖细胞(circulating endothelial progenitor cells,CEPCs)进一步研究发现CEPCs对保护和修复血管内皮层有重要作用,
