Path Selection for Establishing Clean and Honest Supervision Mechanism in Colleges under New Situation

近年来,高校腐败现象呈现蔓延趋势,一个关键原因是监督不到位,因而亟须建立高校廉政监督机制。本文探讨了高校廉政监督机制的涵义及其建立的必要性,认为建立高校廉政监督机制要从体制、机制和制度的改革入手,完善制度体系,整合监督力量,并提出创新廉政监督体制、明确监督工作重点、推进相关制度建设、加强专职监督权威是建立高校廉政监督机制的有效路径。

The supervision insufficiency is the key reason for the spreading of corruption in colleges in the recent years,thus calling for a more effective supervision mechanism.This paper explores the implications of establishing the clean supervision mechanism and points out the urgency and necessity of reforming existing systems,mechanisms and institutions,in addition to the improvement of institution systems and the integration of various supervision forces.The creation of clean supervision mechanism,specifying the key points,promoting relative mechanisms and strengthening ad hoc supervision are all effective paths for establishing clean supervision mechanism in colleges.
