摘要
上海市民办高校应根据自身特点与社会需要合理定位,以创新的思维推进人才培养模式的不断变革,为经济发展培养急需人才。本文以上海杉达学院为例,针对民办高校学生特点及办学定位,从应用型、技能型、复合型和职业综合素质等角度对上海市民办高校的人才培养模式创新提出了一些构想。
Private colleges universities in Shanghai have their own features.They should reform training mode according to social needs in innovative thinking.And they should train qualified personnel needed for economic development.In this paper,the author chooses Sanda University as an example,aiming at location of education,talks about some conceptions about innovative training mode such as practice,skill,compound and professional comprehensive quality,etc.
