高校思想政治教育组织形式一直是大家比较关心的问题:如过分形式化,学生主体性遮蔽;内容过分单一,与实践生活联系不紧;教学组织呆板,人与人之间缺乏互动等;思想沙龙的生活化气息、自由平等性和互动交往性等特征,可以克服目前高校思想政治教育组织形式的弊端。其实践策略就是指导大学生阅读经典名著,通过"阅读经典,撰写报告,主题讲座,集体讨论,总结归纳,交流发表"等程序,使大学生在学习、体验与反思思想家的思想成果中,不断提高自己的思想、政治与道德素质。

There are some continuously existence questions that are concerned by people in the configuration of Orga-nization of universities’ideological and political education,such as the excessive formalization causes the student losing in-dependence,the content is excessive simplification which causes it with practice life contacting not to be tight,the stereo-typical teaching organization causes the human lacking interaction;Thought sharon’s adaptation breath,free equivalent and Interactive contacting may overcome these disadvantages. The practice Strategies are Instructing the university student reading classical famous work, Recording thinkers’ main idea, and through the procedure＂ reading experience, writing report, Theme-based seminar, group discussion, summary induction, exchange publication＂ which promote the Ideological and moral development of college students.
