当前我国研究生选拔机制存在的问题及对策

The Question and Countermeasure of Graduate Selection Mechanism in Our Country

随着我国研究生教育大众化的趋势日益明朗,研究生培养已经成为当今社会一个热点话题,作为研究生培养机制的重要一环,我国现有的研究生选拔机制已经不适应大众化研究生教育发展的需要,存在着诸多的弊端。针对目前存在的弊端提出了适合我国实际的研究生选拔应对策略,即放宽报考条件,调整考试科目和改革考试形式,规范博士研究生选拔机制等。

With the popularization of graduate education in China,post-graduate training has become a hot topic. As an important part of post-graduate training,our existing selection mechanisms no longer meet the needs of development, which have disadvantages. The goal of this article is to propose suited measures according to our country’s reality,namely broadening registers for the condition,justing test subject and reforming test form,standarding doctor student selection and so on.
