正交试验优选视膜康颗粒剂挥发油提取工艺

摘要 目的:探讨视膜康颗粒剂挥发油的提取工艺。方法:以加水倍数(A)、浸泡时间(B)、蒸馏时间(C)3因素,挥发油的收得量为指标,按L9(34)正交试验法安排实验。结果:视膜康颗粒剂挥发油较佳的提取工艺为10倍量水,浸泡时间2 h,蒸馏时间8 h。结论:优选得到的工艺稳定、可行。 Objective:To determine the extraction process of volatile oil form Shimokang Granule.Methods: The vapor distillation condition of the volatile oil was optimized by L9(3^4) orthogonal design,using the volume of the volatile oil as target and the factors of the orthogonal design,which were the quantity of water(A),marinating time(B),and extract time(C).Results: The optimized extract process of the volatile oil was the medicinal materials being dipped in 10 times water for 2 h and distilled 8 h by vapor.Conclusion: The optimized process is stable and highly efficient.
