摘要
目的:用GC-MS法对地黄叶挥发性成分进行鉴别研究。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法从地黄叶中提取挥发油,经GC-MS进行分离鉴定,用归一化法计算含量。色谱条件:DB-17石英毛细管柱(0.544 mm×30 m,膜厚1.0μm)。柱温:起始温度100℃,保持3 min,后以15℃/min升温至250℃,并保持20 min,FID检测器。结果:地黄叶挥发油中鉴定出38个成分。结论:本法可用于地黄叶挥发性成分的鉴别和测定。
Objective:To analyze the essential oil constituents of Folium Rehmahnia.Methods: The essential oil was extracted by water-steam distillation and separated by gas chromatography with capillary column.The components were determined with area normalization method,and were identified by MS.Chromatographic with DB-17 quartz capillary column(0.544 mm ×30 m,1.0 μm) and column temperature conditions: initial temperature of 100 ℃ maintain 3 min,15 ℃/min up to 250 ℃ maintained 200 min,MS detector.Results: 38 compounds have been identified.Conclusion: The method is reliable,stable and can be applied to identify the volatile oil from folium rehmahnia.
