摘要
本文讨论了如何利用三菱FX1N系列PLC进行化油器单钻孔机床的自动化控制,根据机床加工的控制要求及控制分析,选择合适的PLC机型,设计控制系统的硬件和软件部分;经过机床的组装、调试,控制系统能够满足机床的加工要求,提高了机床的自动化程度。
This article discusses how to use Mitsubishi FX1 Series PLC to realize automatic control of carburetor single-drilling machine tool,according to the control requiremets and control analysis of machining,selecting the appropriate PLC type,and designing the hardware and software parts of control system.After assembling and debugging of the machine tool,control system designed can meet machine processing requirements,improving the automatic control level.
