在海水淡化和制盐等领域常常遇到硫酸钙垢的问题,垢层的积累不仅影响传热,而且会腐蚀设备。因此研究一些硫酸钙垢的防治技术变的极其重要。论文主要研究了石膏晶种法防垢技术,蒸发罐不易结垢材质的筛选,盐析效应防止硫酸钙结垢的方法,为工业化生产提供理论支持。

In the areas of sea water desalination and Salt Making,we often encounter some problems of calcium sulfate scale.The accumulation of scale not only affect the transfer of heat,but also corrode equipment.Therefore,to study some control techniques of the calcium sulfate scale become extremely important.This paper mainly studies the gypsum seed crystal method technology,material selection of evaporator,the methods of salting out effect preventing calcium sulfate scale,providing theoretical support for the industrial production.
