摘要
为了适用于工业锅炉及窑炉烟气脱硫的需要,提出以碱渣、电石渣作为脱硫剂的双液位喷射鼓泡管脱硫装置,并进行了碱渣浆液pH值对脱硫效率的影响实验,确定了冲击管下端面与液面的距离对烟气流动阻力的影响。实验结果表明:脱硫率随pH的增加而增加。在pH值3.8~6.0范围内脱硫效率随pH的增加变化较快,pH大于6后脱硫率变化变缓。当冲击管出口流速5 m/s^8.4 m/s时,液位由低位溢流管控制,气体通过冲击管出口与液位h=20 mm的空间时发生气体卷吸液体的现象。当冲击管出口流速超过8.4 m/s时,低位溢流管失效,烟气进入液相形成鼓泡。采用双液位喷射鼓泡管脱硫装置以碱渣作为脱硫剂进行烟气脱硫,可避免设备结垢,解决碱渣处理的困难,实现以废治废,并可降低脱硫成本。
In order to suit the needs of flue gas desulfurization in industrial boilers and furnace,the double liquid level sprayed bubbling gas desulphur device by soda residue desulphurizer and carbide mud residue desulphurizer.Experiment on PH value of soda residue slurry effects of the desulfurization efficiency is studied.Effects of the distance from liquid level to the bottom of shock tube on flue gas flow resistance are determined.The results show that: desulfurization rate is increased with the PH.within the pH value of 3.8 ~ 6.0,the desulfurization efficiency is increased more quickly with the increase of PH.And after PH is greater than 6,the desulfurization rate is changed slowly.When the shock tube exit velocity is 5 m/s to 8.4 m/s,the liquid lever is controlled by the low overflow pipe and a gaseous and liquid entrainment phenomenon is occurred while gas passing through the space considered by the shock tube exit and liquid level h = 20mm.When the shock tube exit velocity is more than 8.4m / s,the low overflow pipe is not done function.bubbling is formated while dust gas into liquid form.The scale is avoided,the difficulties of Soda Residue treatment are overcomed,the cost of desulfurization is reduced when double liquid level sprayed bubbling gas desulphur device by soda residue desulphurizer is used.
