摘要
三氟氯菊酸是合成高效氯氟氰菊酯、功夫菊酯、联苯菊酯、七氟菊酯等拟除虫菊酯的重要中间体。试验是以贲亭酸酯(甲酯和乙酯)先跟三氟三氯乙烷(F113A)进行加成反应,生成产物再经环化、皂化、酸化、重结晶等工艺过程,最终得到顺式异构体含量在98%以上的合格商品酸。该工艺提高了产品和溶剂的回收率,提高了产品质量,并减少废水产生量,是一种清洁生产新工艺。
Cyhalothric acid is a synthetic lambda-cyhalothrin,cyhalothrin,bifenthrin,permethrin and other pyrethroids sevoflurane important intermediates.This paper is based on Ben Pavilion experiment esters(methyl and ethyl) should talk to the trifluoro-trichloroethane(F113A) to addition reaction to produce product and then by cyclization,saponification,acidification,re-crystallization process,the final the cis-isomer content of more than 98% of the eligible commodities acid.The process to improve the product and solvent recovery,improved product quality,and reduce the amount of waste produced is a new technology of cleaner production.
