摘要
本文研究了以三乙醇胺—乙醇为介质的石膏转化法制取硫酸钾工艺的各影响因素,找到了较适用的工艺条件。在该条件下,氯化钾转化率可控制为90%,其中三乙醇胺作为反应介质,乙醇充当三乙醇胺的稀释剂。
By conversion of gypsum and potassium chloride to potassium sulfate in the triethanolamine-alcohol medium,the influence of various factors of the production process is studied in this paper.The favourable factors of the technological process are obtained.Under the condition,potassium chloride conversion rate can be controlled as 90%.Triethanolamine is the role of reacting medivm and alcohol acts as the diluent of triethanolamine.
