清金畅肺饮治疗42例慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期的临床观察

Clinical observation on treating 42 cases of acute exacerbation of COPD with Qingjin Changfei-yin

目的：观察清金畅肺饮结合西医治疗AECOPD的临床疗效。方法：将83例患者随机分为采用随机数字表随机分为对照纽和治疗组，治疗组采用在西医常规治疗的基础上加服中药汤剂清金畅肺饮治疗，对照组采用西医常规治疗，两组疗程均为14d，每日进行症状、体征改善记录，治疗前后进行肺功能、动脉血气分析、C-反应蛋白变化等检查。结果：清金畅肺饮结合西医常规治疗COPD急性加重期，总有效率明显优于对照组，肺功能、缺氧、二氧化碳潴留等的改善明显优于对照组，CRP的降低亦明显优于对照组。结论：清金畅肺饮结合西医治疗治疗cOPD较之单纯西药治疗具有明显的优势。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of treating AECOPD in the westem therapy plus Qingjin Changfei Yin. Methods： To randomly divided 83 patients into control group and treatment group, take the integrative medical therapy in the treatment group, basic western therapy in the control treatment, two groups treatment was average 14 day, record of symptom and physical sign ameliorate every day, before treatment and after treatment check of lung function, analysis of arterial blood gas and change of C-reactive protein. Result： Treating COPD in the integrative medical, the total effective better the control group, Improve of lung function, hypoxia, co2 and Zhuliu to clearer than the control group, lower of CRP better the control group. Conclusion： Treating COPD in the integrative medical better treating COPD in basic western therapy.
