摘要
目的：观察左乙拉西坦联合定痫汤治疗癫痫的临床疗效。方法：将符合入选标准的88例癫痫患者随机分为观察组与对照组。2组均给予左乙拉西坦治疗。观察组在此基础上服用定痫汤。水煎服，每日一剂。结果：治愈率、总有效率、不良反应发生率2组相比差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。2组相比差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：左乙拉西坦联合定痫汤治疗癫痫临床疗效好，不良反应小。
Objective： To observe clinical effects decoction. Methods： 88 patients met the inclusion criteria for of treating epilepsy with levetiracetam plus Dingxian epilepsy were randomly divided into two groups. 2 groups were given levetiracetam treatment. On the basis of the observation group taking Dingxian decoction. Water simmer in water, a daily one. Results： T Cure rate, total effective rate of adverse events compared to 2 groups significantly （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Levetiracetam treatment of epileptic seizures joint set good clinical efficacy, side effects.
