洋地黄制剂不良反应再认识

The new knowledge for adverse reactions of digitalis

目的：根据洋地黄的药理机制探讨其产生不良反应的原因。方法：选取青海省中医院2009年3月至9月住院并给予洋地黄治疗患者216人，按制剂，给药方法，剂量及患者的基础病情进行统计其不良反应。结果：发生不良反应合计4人，3例仅予西地兰，1例在予地高辛维持第4天出现不良反应。结论：洋地黄不良反应是多种因素的综合，只有在掌握病情及药理机制的基础上才能最大限度减少其不良反应。

Objective： Discuss the reason on according to pharmacological mechanisms of digitalis adverse reactions of produce. Methods： To choose March 2009 to September the 216 patients with digitalis therapy, by preparation, medicine method, dose and basic condition of patients to statistics adverse reactions. Result： Adverse reactions for total 4 patients, 3 patients with Xidi-lan, 1 patient adverse reactions of maintained for four days appear with Digoxin. Conclusion： Adverse reactions of digitalis was complex of multiple factor.
