研究中药治疗老年性阴道炎

A review on senile vaginitis in TCM

目的：研究老年性阴道炎的中药疗法。方法：72例老年性阴道炎患者，用口服方联合外洗方治疗，观察治疗前后症状缓解情况及阴道健康评分。结果：治疗后白带增多、外阴阴道瘙痒、阴道干燥、性交疼痛等临床症状，明显消退（P〈0．05），有统计学意义。结论：中药内服联合外洗治疗老年性阴道炎，疗效确切，值得临床推广应用。

Objective： A study on treating senile vaglnltlS by ICM merapy. Memoas： Treaung 72 cases of senile vaginitis by oral side plus washing side. Observe on the situation of relieve symptoms and the score of healthy vagina on before and after treatment. Results： The increase of vaginal discharge, the itching of genital vaginal, vaginal dryness, painful intercourse and other symptoms after treatment were apparent regression （P〈0.05）. Have statistically significant. Conclusion： Treating senile vaginitis by washing with chinese herbs joint have precise effects, that is deserve use of clinical.
