摘要
对１１０７ＪＣ泵轴断裂原因进行了分析。结果表明，大尺寸的非金属夹杂和背帽外缘的点焊是引起泵轴过早断裂的主要原因。在分析的基础上提出了预防断裂的措施。
The reasons for the fracture of the 1107JC pump shaft are investigated.The fracture of the pump shaft is mainly caused by large size non metallic inclusions and point welding between the lock nut and the pump shaft.The preventive measures are also proposed.
