摘要
目的探讨舒适护理模式在高龄骨折患者的手术过程中的应用效果。方法通过舒适护理实施前后各效果指标的比较,评价其效果。结果与实施舒适护理前比较,患者的紧张程度有所减轻,住院时间有所缩短,术后满意度、生活质量均有所提高。结论采用舒适护理模式有利于高龄骨折患者的康复。
OBJECTIVE To explore the effect of adopting comfortable care model in elderly patients with fracture druing the surgical process.METHODS The effects of comfortable care was evaluated through the comparison of effect indicators of before and after implementing comfortable care.RESULTS The patient′s degree of tension had been reduced,hospitalization had bee shortened,postoperative satisfaction and living quality had been improved.CONCLUSIONS Adopting the comfortable nursing model is propitious to the rehabilitation of the elderly patients with fracture.
