清洗消毒器在消毒供应中心的应用效果观察

Observation on High-grade Cleaning and Disinfection Machine in Central Sterile Supply Deparment

目的为预防和控制医院感染,提高消毒供应中心的工作质量,保证供应到各临床科室的医疗器械、物品达到无菌要求。方法使用洁定46系列清洗消毒器,根据物品要求进行清洗、消毒、干燥等程序操作。结果不同材料的器械清洗质量良好,大量节省清洗消毒时间,手工清洗全过程需220 min,洁定消毒器清洗全过程只需45 min,并有效提高合格率(99.8%)。结论高档清洗消毒器对各种器械的清洗消毒达到了显著效果,符合国家规定的消毒技术规范,具有高效、省力、操作简单等优点,明显提高消毒供应中心的工作质量和管理水平。

OBJECTIVE To prevent and control hospital infection,improve the work quality of central sterile supply department,and assure every medical apparatus and material in clinical departments to have no germ.METHODS Using the high-grade cleaning and disinfecting machine,to carry on the procedures of cleaning,disinfecting and drying and so on according to the request.RESULTS The machine cleaning qualities of different apparatns and materials were good and efficient,it saved the time in great deal（45 min vs 220 min in manual cleaning）.CONCLUSIONS The effects of high-grade colaning and disinfection machinel on various apparatus cleaning and disinfection are obvious,meeting the national technical specification of disinfection.Having the advantages in high efficacy labor-saving,simple-operation and.remarkable improvement of the work quality and management level of CSSD.
