保洁员与医院感染的相关因素及对策

Nosocomial Infection Caused by Cleaners in Hospital:Related Factors and Countermeasures

目的加强医院保洁员医院感染的管理与控制,保证医疗护理质量。方法对保洁员与医院感染相关因素进行分析,提出管理对策,对保洁员进行医院感染知识培训,提高认知水平;制定完善的工作程序,加强督导和检查力度。结果对保洁员进行规范管理,为患者营造一个整洁、舒适的就医环境;为切断医院感染传播途径、有效控制医院感染、提高医疗质量,确保医疗安全等奠定了基础。结论对保洁员进行严格规范化管理,是降低医院感染发病率的重要措施。

OBJECTIVE To strengthen management and control on cleaners in hosptial about nosocomial infection,and guarantee the quality of medical care.METHODS The related factors of nosocomial infection caused by cleaners were analyzed,and countermeasures of management were proposed.In order to improve their cognitive level,the cleaners were trained about the knowledge of nosocomial infection.The perfect working procedures were established to strengthen the supervision and inspection.RESULTS A clean,comfortable thearapoutic and nursing environment was provided for the patients by the standardized management.And,the foundation was laid for cutting off the transmission of nosocomial infections,controling nosocomial infcetions effectively,improving the medical quality,and ensuring the medical security,etc.CONCLUSIONS It is be an important measure in reducing the incidence of nosocomial infection when rigorous and standardized management is conducted on cleaners.
