老年患者感染特点及抗菌药物的合理应用

Infection Characteristics among Senile Inpatients and Reasonable Application of Antibiotic

目的探讨老年患者感染特点及抗菌药物合理应用措施,为老年感染性疾病的治疗提供依据。方法分析老年患者感染临床特点,研究老年患者抗菌药物治疗的方案。结果老年患者感染有其特殊性,抗菌药物在老年患者体内呈现独特的药代动力学特征;老年患者抗感染治疗应尽力寻找感染源,选择低毒、有效的抗菌药物,实施个体化治疗方案,加强血药浓度及不良反应监测,注重综合治疗。结论老年患者感染与中青年迥然不同,以药物抗菌谱、病原学检测、药敏结果为依据,掌握老年患者特点,安全、合理应用抗菌药物,将提高老年感染性疾病的治疗水平。

OBJECTIVE To explore the clinical characteristics of infection and reasonable application of antibiotic among senile inpatients,and provide evidence for the treatment of infective disease.METHODS The clinical characteristics of infection were analyzed to research for rational scheme in the elderly.RESULTS The infection among senile patients,had its clinical and pharmacokinetic characteristics.The anti-infection treatment for senile patients should seek for infection foci and choose low toxic and more effective antibiotics.Detection of drug concentration and implement of the individualized therapeutic schedule should be done in clinics.The side effects should be detected and supervised.CONCLUSIONS The clinical characteristics of infection among senile inpatients is different from young people.Based on the antibacterial spectra,etiology examination,drug sensitivity result,and aged specificity,reasonabley application of antibiotics will raise the level of effective treatment for senile patients.
