摘要
肝囊肿在临床上极为多见,本文通过报道分析1例特殊肝囊肿(肝尾叶囊肿)MRCP误诊为胆总管囊状扩张症的影像学图像及术后结果,讨论误诊原因,为减少特殊肝囊肿的误诊率总结经验。
The cyst of liver is extremely prevalent in clinic.In this paper,throughreporting and analyzing the images and postoperative results of a misdiagnosed case of special cyst of liver（caudate lobe） as congenital choledochus cyst, to discuss the causes of misdiagnosis, in order to reduce the rate of misdiagnosis of special cyst of liver.
