摘要 1胃肠道间质瘤的概念 胃间质瘤和肠道间质瘤虽然发生部位不同，但是其病理基础是相同的，文献上也往往将两个部位的间质瘤统称胃肠道间质瘤（gastrointestinal stromal tumors，GIST）。GIST过去多归为平滑肌类肿瘤。1983年，Mazur等发现，部分光镜下诊断为平滑肌类肿瘤的胃壁肿瘤表达S100蛋白，这是一种起源于神经外胚层细胞的标志，而电镜观察发现，该类肿瘤中除少部分肿瘤具有平滑肌细胞或许旺氏细胞超微结构，
