4种抑菌中药疗程内重金属积累的定量分析

Quantitative Analysis of Accumulating Heavy Metal in Four Kinds of Traditional Chinese Medicines Used in a Period of Treatment

摘要 选取目前普遍认为有抑菌作用的4种中药(黄连、白附子、复方黄连素、双黄连粉针剂),对其浸出液常规浓缩后采用MIC法,分别测定对金黄色葡萄球菌与大肠杆菌的体外最小抑菌浓度。采用同样的检测方法,分别检测3种常用抗生素(青霉素、诺佛沙星、阿莫西林)的最小抑菌浓度。通过原子吸收光谱法检测出单位浓度下上述中药的重金属含量。结合通过对比常用抗生素MIC值,得出的单个疗程中中药所需的最小药量,计算出单个疗程内服用中药摄入的重金属总量。分析结果表明在确定疗效下,疗程内所需摄入中药的重金属总量普遍超标。 Four kinds of traditional Chinese medicines had been chosen namely the rhizome of Chinese goldthread, giant typhonium rhizome, co-berberine and Shuanghuanglian powder injection, which are commonly viewed as having anti-bacteria effect at present. The medicine leach liquors were condensed in traditional way. The minimum concentrations of anti-bacteria effect of the leach liquors and three kinds of antibiotics namely penicillin, norfloacin and amoxicillin were surveyed separately by MIC. The bacteria adopted in measure were golden staphylococcus and colon bacillus. The quantities of heavy metal contained in the leach liquors mentioned above in a unit concentration were surveyed by AAS (atomic absorption spectrometry). The minimum effective dosages of traditional Chinese medicines and the total quantities of heavy metal contained were both figured out by comparing parameters of traditional Chinese medicines and antibiotics. The data indicate that that the total quantities of heavy metal contained exceed the standard in general in certain curative effec.
