The Application of Composite Electrodeposition in Grinding and Cutting Field

摘要 复合镀层主要用于提高金属表面的耐蚀性和耐磨性。介绍了电镀金刚石钹型锯片的生产工艺。针对传统工艺中所存在的电沉积速度慢、磨料粒度小、锯片边缘镍层过厚及外观差等缺点,对传统工艺中的卡具、阳极及镀液配方等进行改进,解决了上述问题,降低了成本,提高了生产率。所得镀层切磨效果良好。 Composite electrodeposits have been principally used to improve the corrosion resistance and wearability of metal surface. The process of preparing diamond electrodeposited depressed saw blade was described. The traditional process has weaknesses such as low rate of eletrodeposition, small grain size of grinding material, thick nickel deposits at edges which result in low sharpness and poor apearance. The traditional process was improved in the design of fixture, anode and formula of electrolytic solutions to solve the problem. The new process has strengths such as low cost, high productivity, good cutting and grinding result, and is applicable to any shape of articles.
