摘要
本文基于有限元ANSYS软件分析,完成了柔性附着下施工升降机结构系统的建模和结构静力学和结构动力学的分析计算。通过静态分析,计算出最大应力和最大位移值,找到其危险位置;并得出为保证结构系统强度,标准节应采用变截面壁厚的结论。通过对吊笼运行在不同位置时导轨架结构系统的模态分析,计算了柔性附着装置使用不同钢丝绳直径下的6阶固有频率,以及系统激振频率,分析了不同工况下影响结构系统动态特性的因素,得到容易产生共振的运行速度区域,并总结了结构系统变形特点。
Based on the finite element analysis software ANSYS, the model of hoist structure system with the flexible attachment have been made and the static and dynamics mechanical properties are analyzed. By static analysis, the maximum of stress and the maximal displacement are calculated, the dangerous position is found, and the mast section should adopt the variable Cross-section to ensure the intensity of structural system. By modal analysis in the different position of cage operation, the natural ffequencys and the system vibration frequency for the structure with different diameter of wire rope of flexible tie-in device have been calculated, the factors which influenced on the dynamic characteristics of the system structure in different conditions have been analyzed, the speed of regional which can cause the resonance is obtained and the deformation characteristics of the structure is summarized.
