摘要
通过室内和现场试验研究,提出适宜于大型洞室支护的钢纤维混凝土配制技术路线,探讨喷射钢纤维混凝土原材料的选择和配合比设计的基本方法,并总结了"湿喷法"喷射钢纤维混凝土的设备选型及施工技术特点。研究结果表明:不同型号的湿喷设备有其各自不同的适用钢纤维混凝土的配合比和外加剂;优化配合比设计后的喷射钢纤维混凝土能满足抗压强度、抗拉强度、抗折强度、弯曲韧度指数、韧度系数及与围岩的粘结强度等工程设计技术指标的要求。
In this paper the technology of steel fiber shotcrete suitable to the support of large cavity is proposed by laboratory and field experiments. The selection of materials for steel fiber shotcrete and design of its mix proportion are discussed and the selection of wet-spray equipments and technical characteristic of construction of wet-spray steel fiber shotcrete are summarized. The results of experiments show that different types of wet-spray equipments using in construction need the steel fiber shopcrete with different mix proportion and corresponding admixture. The steel fiber shotcrete under the optimized design can meet the requirements of compressive strength,tensile strength, flexural strength,bending temper index,temper coefficient,bond strength with surrounding rock and other technical indexes.
