不同提取剂对花椒油树脂抑菌活性影响的研究 被引量:9

摘要 文章采用滤纸片扩散法研究了不同提取剂对花椒油树脂的抑菌作用及温度对其抑菌活性的影响。结果表明,正丁醇、乙醇、乙酸乙脂等三种有机溶剂的花椒提取物均有较强的抑菌活性,对受试菌的MIC均小于4.0 mg/mL。抑菌能力大小顺序为:正丁醇提取物>乙醇提取物>乙酸乙脂提取物,三种提取物对酵母菌的抑菌能力均大于大肠杆菌。正丁醇、乙酸乙脂提取物经不同温度处理后其抑菌活性变化不大,基本保持其原有的抑菌活性,而乙醇提取物抑菌活性变化幅度比较大。 The slip filters of paper was used to discuss the xanthopicrite of bacteriostasic activity by different extracting agent and the effect of temperature.The results show that,the xanthopicrite who is extracted by butyl alcohol,ethanol or ethyl axetate has strong suppression of bacterium,and the MIC are all in 4.0 mg/mL.and ability of suppression is the butyl alcohol's extract solution ethanol's ethyl axetate's,the yeast was suppressed harder than the bacterium by all three oleoresins.All of them are thermostable except the xanthopicrite of ethanol extracted.
