摘要
探讨HACCP在调味料酒生产中应用,根据生产工艺流程对各工序进行危害分析,确定了对应的关键控制点,并制定了HACCP计划表,保障调味料酒的质量安全,生产出合格产品。
This paper is discussed the application of HACCP in Seasoning wine.Hazard of all steps were analyzed by the processing technology and corrective ccps were determined.Meanwhile,the table of HACCP plan has been established.Its goal was to assure quality safety of Seasoning wine and produce the certified product.
