急危重症孕产妇的院前急救及效果探讨

目的探讨分析急危重症孕产妇院前急救措施、效果,总结成功的经验,进一步提高抢救成功率,为临床治疗提供依据。方法收集2006年1月～2008年12月期间我院的急危重症孕产妇院前急救措施进行分析,并观察其实施效果。结果对患者进行有效救治后,均避免了严重并发症的发生,更无死亡病例出现。所有49例患者均平安生产,成功率为100%。结论对危重孕妇能够及时、准确判断病情,进行有效的院前急救措施,防止严重,甚至危及生命现象的发生。

Objective To explore the aid measures and effect of maternal Intensive pre-hospital.Summing up successful experience for enhancing the success rate for clinical therapy.Methods The clinical data of first aid pre-hospital pregnant in January 2006-December 2008 was analysed,and observe its effectiveness.Results The patients avoid serious complications after effective treatment,and no deaths occurred.All 49 patients were safe production,with success rate of 100%.Conclusions Effective pre-hospital emergency measures,accurate estimating condition could prevent serious,even life-threatening phenomenon.
